2. All refunds and payment cancellation expenses is processed by *service user.
3. PAYMENT BOOK - STAGING is not responsible of refunds, payment cancellation and *service user follow dispute process.
4. If a customer cancels a payment via their bank (a chargeback) or if the bank fails to remit funds to our service, we will retain the disputed amount until the *service user resolves the issue with their customer. A chargeback administration fee of €100 will apply for each processed chargeback.
5. If we detect a payment made with an unverified or potentially fraudulent card, or if we receive a refund or chargeback request from a customer, we will promptly notify the *service user so that they can take appropriate action.
6. This policy can be modified any time without notifications by PAYMENT BOOK - STAGING.
